A painting to think about. What do you see? What do you want to see? What image can you create with your imagination? Can you make the image move? Think about that for a while.
I have no idea if this has a positive effect on your brain, but I'm sure it can't do any harm. It's just that art is very personal, everyone can have its own opinion whether it is beautiful or not. Now you can make a pretty piece of art yourself, unless you deliberately create an ugly image in you imagination.
